Here’s patch for out sync subtitle problem in several S2 episodes on 30th July 2019 upload version.
Apparently, their chapter also a bit off about the same time with the subs. But i kinda lazy and we can watch fine anyway so i’m not bother to edit them.

The english subtitle timing for episodes 4, 7, 10, 13, 16, 19, 22 of
Ansatsu Kyoushitsu 2nd Season (S2) is off (the subs start playing ~1 second faster than the audio)
yeah the subtitle for s2 is faster than the audio
